Putting things together, tearing things apart.
Hey Ruth:Great blog! I love the unique ideas you've had so far. I think it's so cool that you're picking such original things and striving to make it such a personal affair. Good luck with everything!Sara Gray (from Portland!)www.saragrayphotography.com
I say paper roses on a square of mirror, maybe some ribbon or a candle or something else simple--wicked cool!
@Tara Any idea where to get square mirrors for super cheap? We're looking at 30 tables...
@Sara Thank you! I love it when new people stumble upon me here :)
Hey Ruthie! You have some awesome ideas! By the way, I've gotten some cheap square mirrors at Wal-Mart before. Not sure how much they were though. I know that stuff starts to add up!
@Grace I can check there. I really don't support Wal-Mart's business practices, so I go out of my way not to purchase things there, however, sometimes there is just no where else to get things for an affordable price. Thanks for the idea.
Ruthie, at one point I was looking for my own square mirrors and I found these: http://www.save-on-crafts.com/squaremirrors.html . They're slightly over $2 apiece. I also found some reasonable deals on eBay. You could also try Craigslist, see if any other couples are selling their stuff post-wedding.
@Bride in Exile Thanks for the link, I'll check that out.
